Too busy to breathe? Too frazzled for fun? Meditainment's for you! Sit back, relax, close your eyes and embark on a journey of Imagination Reality where you play the leading role! Join us for guided meditation under the stars at Drake Planetarium; a time to relax and rejuvenate..
	Our Meditainment Show is a guided meditation for calmness and peace of mind under the stars in our planetarium. After a series of relaxation techniques you will follow a story where you go on a journey through space. This guided meditation by Meditainment specialists involves a blend of proven meditation techniques with stories, music and natural sound effects. Current Meditainment Schedule: Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 7:00 pm Thursday, June 19, 2008 at 7:00 pm NO LATE ADMITTANCE! Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to show time.
These entertaining audio experiences involve deep relaxation, visualisation, narration, music and special audio effects. Meditainment is held the third Thursday of each month, except during Holidays.
Cost: $9 in advance, $12 at the door.
