LEGO Mania at Your School! |
|
|
Schedule our staff to come to your school with our thousands of Legos for an exciting, entertaining and educational afterschool program. Students will: Four or five-week sessions held at your facility for 1.5 hours each time. We offer a program for ages 4-8 and a more advanced program for grades 3 through 6. |

Young Builders I (Ages 4-6) Students develop coordination, cooperation, and good direction following skills. Students build a tall tower and construct a model of a carnival ride and spin art machine. They will construct simple machines using gears, pulleys, and axles. |

|
Endless Creative Building (Ages 4-8) A World of Lego Mosaic. Students have fun while developing color, artistic and creative skills using these unique mosaics. While building 4 different mosaic creations, they will use Lego pieces in different shapes, colors and sizes to spark active imaginations.

|
Architecture (Ages 4-8) Enjoy learning the principles of architecture using modeling and engineering techniques. Design and build a tall tower strong enough to withstand hurricane force winds! Build an earthquake proof structure and a building from antiquity. |

Crazy Contraptions (Gr 3 - up) Participants will build DaVinci machines and the wildest working contraptions to compete in coliseum type games. From catapults to football launchers, siege machines, ping pong poppers, and spaghetti choppers to racing machines. Defend the fortress and compete in your own warrior games. |

|
Architecture (Gr 3 - up) Enjoy learning all about different types of architecture found around the world from earthquake proof structures to skyscrapers that will withstand hurricane winds. Students will build all sorts of ancient structures with Legos. We have the only program that will take you from the pyramids in Egypt to Medieval Castles, and aqueducts and bridges. Goofy Machines (Gr 3 - up) Join in the fun building all kinds of simple machines with Legos. Build machines like Levers, Wheel and Axle, Gears, and Pulleys. Combine your simple machines with other Legos to make creations that fly, race, chop, and hop. What fun you will have! |
